What do I get when I purchase a digital birth announcement? TOP

After sending us your photo, we will customize the design of your choice and email a digital file back to you.  This is a 5x7 .jpeg attachment.

How long does it take? TOP

We will send you your file normally within a few hours of receiving your photo.  But please allow up to 48 hours.

What do I do with the digital file? TOP

When you first receive it in your email, click on the attachment to save it to your computer.  You can then use it as you would a regular picture file, by attaching it to an email message, uploading it to photo sharing sites, blogs, Facebook, etc.

I found a design I like, but I want to change the wording. Can I do this? TOP

Yes, you can customize the wording to your liking, just remember it has to fit in the space provided.  When needed, we can shrink the font to make it fit.

I don’t have a Paypal account, can I just use my credit card? TOP

Yes.  Paypal processes all of our payments, whether it be a Paypal account or a credit card entered manually.  When proceeding with your order, choose the manual credit card option when you are brought to the Paypal page.  Do this by clicking “Continue” on the bottom left near the credit card symbols.

I’d like to purchase a gift card, but have it sent directly to the recipient. Can I do this? TOP

Yes, please enter the recipients name and shipping information in the fields provided on the gift card order form.
